We prepared a detailed Quantity Takeoff and Estimated the total cost of this project for all the possible trades including Demolition, Architectural, Structural, Drainage, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works. The total estimated cost came out to be £1.4 million or £2,200/m2.
Structural Remodeling and Reinforcement In this project we helped our client in the quantification of the structural works related to the digging of new basement under an existing building including the structural modification and strengthening of existing super structure. It included Underpinning, Concrete Piles, Raft, Retaining walls and Structural steel works.
Residential Renovation and Extension We did quantity takeoff and pricing of this project located in Oakwood, Derby with new extension area and an estimated cost of around £225,000.
